Cros Token, the native cryptocurrency of the Chronos blockchain, has surged nearly 7% today following a major announcement from Trump Media and Technology Group, the operator behind Truth Social.
The company has revealed key platform updates for Truth Social, introducing several new features for free and premium users.

Most notably, this update will deepen the platform integration with Crypto.com’s digital wallet infrastructure and provide new utilities for CRO.
Patriot package subscribers, Truth Social’s Paid Tier, now has access to Truth Gems. These are planned rewards designed to encourage platform engagement. The gems can be converted to other digital merits using cronos (CRO) and Crypto.com wallet systems, linking the CRO directly to the platform’s user economy.
This integration is a meaningful step for CROs and expands its presence in the digital ecosystem, including social media, streaming and fintech.
CRO tokens may continue to benefit from increased exposure and usefulness within the platform’s growing ecosystem.
At the time of pressing, the CRO was trading at $0.2782. Following the announcement, tokens rose nearly 7%.
In addition to CRO-linked rewards, the update includes quality upgrades to Life, including the ability to edit and schedule posts, access server-side drafts and leverage AI-powered, enhanced searches.
Additionally, the latest development comes as Trump’s media group reportedly is moving forward with a strategy to win $6.42 billion worth of CRO digital tokens.
