The Kaia DLT Foundation (Kaia) will co-host the “Kaia Wave Stablecoin Summer Hackathon” and Tether and Line Next Corp. This initiative is intended to identify exceptional and practical Kaia USDT- and Stablecoin-driven Defi projects.
To help users engage in stable trading, staking and yield activities, the award-winning team will debut as mini-Dapps within the Dapp Portal, leveraging KAIA’s robust Web3 ecosystem and business network. Additionally, Hackathon will fit the pipeline with Kaia Wave Season 2, an ecosystem program that supports mini-DAPP builders.
Investment credits of up to USD 1 million will be provided on 10 unresolved projects, along with the direct awards fund of USD 170,000, and applications will be accepted from today through Dorahacks (dorahacks.io/hackathon/kaia-stablecoinsummer/detail). The event will also be holding an offline kickoff session at Webx Tokyo on August 25th. Finalists will showcase their initiative at the online hackathon final event scheduled for September 30th.
